• From the first day Tony came to see us we were very impressed, he was polite new what he was doing and involved us in every aspect of the loft assessment. Tony then talked through what he felt we needed and explained why and gave us options and ideas of how this could be achieved. He was very polite and respectful towards us and explained what would happen next. When he arrived to do the work he put dust sheets down and took his shoes off respecting our property and furnishing. He worked very hard and we did not know he was here. When he had completed the work he took time to show us what he had done and showed us how the use the new loft ladder. He gave us a leaflet and told us to contact the office if we had any problems or queries. Such a lovely person and very professional.
