Wooden Hide Away Ladder for Mr D in Chelmsford

The Customers

Mr D's house was so beautifully kept and he wanted to make sure that his loft space was also in its best shape. He had a number of issues to resolve: his home needed to be better insulated, his loft ladder to be more studier, he wanted a large loft hatch so he was able to fit all of his suitcases up there and needed it boarded out so he could safely stow his items.

The Job

From the survey, it was understood that Mr D needed 30 meters of insulation, 12 meters of shelving, 12 meters of loft boarding through the central area and and wooden hide away ladder. These products would have resolved all of his issues he raised, and this was all completed within one day! The item that Mr D was most impressed by was his new wooden hide away ladder, to install this the installers had to enlarge his current loft hatch. Benefits of this loft ladder include the space saving ability, the ladder is stored on the hatch door so requires no additional loft clearance space in the loft, which could be used with items. Additionally, the hatch door is fully insulated with 36mm insulation and has a rubber draft excluder to prevent loss of heat and draughts.

I am so pleased with my new loft area! Cannot recommend Access4Lofts anymore- it is now a completely usable space!
