• The fitter came on time and introduced himself very well, he explained what the job was, and if we had any questions. All our questions and ideas were taken on board and answered. All the areas that the work was done, was covered in protective sheets and once job completed, the sheets were removed and area, stairs were hoovered. Once installation was completed, he explained, demonstrated how the ladder works and answered all questions that I had.
